I walked into the Greencastle Super Wal-Mart yesterday – November 1st mind you – and I was immediately greeted, not by a kind, elderly gentleman, but by a 10 foot Christmas tree!!
Enough already! One day after Halloween. Twenty-one days away from Thanksgiving, and already the Christmas decorations have gone up?!?!
My favorite political cartoonist, Gary Varvel of the Indianapolis Star, has nailed it again. He must have visited his local Wal-mart too.
